What payment methods are accepted on the IOKI website?
We accept payments by credit card: Carte Bleue, Visa card, Mastercard, Paypal.
Is the IOKI website secure?
The transmission of information is secured by the protocols in force on the Internet. Payment by credit card is made either via the Stripe platform under the 3-D Secure system, or via the secure Paypal platform. Credit card information is never transmitted to IOKI.
Are my bank details kept?
No banking information is stored on our website.
What happens if my payment is declined?
